Our releases are distributed based on the period in which the poet belonged to:

  1. Saalik (صعاليك) means the lone outlaw wanderer - Pre-Islamic 500 to 622 CE

  2. Al-Fath (الفتح) means the opening and the conquest - Early Islamic / Rashidun & Umayyad 622 to 750 CE

  3. Al-Hikmah (الحكمة) means wisdom - Abbasid Golden Age 750 to 1258 CE

  4. Al-Hamra (الحمراء) means the red one - Andalusia / Al-Andalus 711 to 1492 CE

  5. Hattin (حطين) means the battle that reclaimed Jerusalem - Crusades & Ayyubid 1095 to 1250 CE

  6. Al-Zahir (الظاهر) means the manifest and the victorious - Mamluk Sultanate 1250 to 1517 CE

  7. Al-Diwan (الديوان) means the court and the record - Ottoman Empire 1299 to 1922 CE
